Merchmint

Terms of service

Effective: August 18, 2026

Applies to: Merchmint Chrome extension, version 1.0.0

Between you and: MD Abdullah Al Muti, Badulghata, Ward-09, Manda, Kushumba-6510, Naogaon-6510, Bangladesh

These terms cover the Merchmint Chrome extension, the backend it talks to, and this website. By installing or using Merchmint you accept them. If you do not accept them, uninstall the extension.

Read §4 before you buy anything. It describes a real risk you are accepting, and it is the part of this page most likely to matter to you.

§1 What Merchmint is

Merchmint is a Chrome extension that automates your own Google Flow account. It queues prompts, submits them through your open Flow tab, upscales the results and downloads them with numbered filenames.

Merchmint does not provide AI generation. There is no Merchmint model, no Merchmint inference server, and no Merchmint image or video credit. Every generation is produced by Google, on your Google account, using your Google session. We charge for the automation around it, not for the AI.

We cannot give you access to anything your Google account does not already have.

§2 What you need before it works

If you do not have Flow access, Merchmint cannot generate anything for you and there is nothing we can do about it. Whether Google grants your account access to Flow is entirely Google's decision.

§3 Merchmint is not affiliated with Google

Merchmint is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Google.

Google, Google Flow, Google Labs, Veo, Nano Banana, Google AI Ultra and related names and logos are trademarks of Google LLC. We use them only to describe what the extension interoperates with.

Your relationship with Google is between you and Google. Your Google account, your Flow access, your Google AI subscription, and your compliance with Google's terms are yours to manage. We are not a party to any of it and cannot act on your behalf with Google.

§4 The risk you are accepting

This is the disclosure that matters most

Google Flow publishes no public API. Merchmint works by calling the same private, undocumented endpoints the Flow website calls for itself, from inside your own Flow page, with your own session and a reCAPTCHA token minted by the page's own reCAPTCHA instance. Nothing is bypassed, proxied or replayed — but nothing is sanctioned either.

Concretely, this means:

The integration is labelled EXPERIMENTAL inside the product itself for exactly this reason, not as a marketing hedge.

There is a build of Merchmint that ships with the Flow integration removed entirely — no Flow host permission, no content scripts, no generation. If we are ever forced to ship that build, generating, uploading and downloading media stop working; your account, plan, settings, prompt queue and reference library keep working. That would not be an improvement; it would be what is left.

If any of this is unacceptable to you, do not buy Pro. The free tier exists so you can find out whether Merchmint works for you before paying.

§5 Your Google quota is yours

Every generation Merchmint submits counts against your own Google quota, not against any pool of ours.

When Google reports that your daily limit is reached, the run stops. We cannot raise that limit, extend it, or work around it. Merchmint Pro does not change it in any way — Pro removes Merchmint's daily cap and has no effect on Google's.

§6 Features that Google gates

Some options require a Google AI Ultra subscription on your Google account, because Google only offers them to Ultra subscribers:

Video durations are gated separately, by the model rather than by your Merchmint plan: 4-second and 6-second clips need either Google AI Ultra or the Omni Flash model, and 10-second clips are Omni Flash only.

We cannot unlock any of them, and buying Merchmint Pro will not unlock them. These options additionally require Pro, so Pro is necessary but not sufficient — you need both.

In version 1.0.0 these are locked for everyone

The extension ships without a Google AI plan-detection key, so it cannot check your Google tier at all, and it locks those options rather than offering them and failing mid-batch. That means 4K downloads and the two Lower Priority Veo models are unavailable to everyone, including actual Google AI Ultra subscribers. The 4-second and 6-second durations remain usable through Omni Flash. The reason is shown on each locked control. If you are buying Pro specifically to get 4K or the lower-priority Veo models, do not — you will not get them in this version.

Everything else is unaffected: image generation on all three image models, all aspect ratios, 1–4 variants, 2K upscaling, video generation on Omni Flash and Veo Lite / Fast / Quality, 8s and 10s durations, the queue, chaining, references, the gallery, ZIP export and downloads.

§7 Free tier, Pro, and how prompts are counted

Free: 30 prompts per day.
Pro: USD $3 per month or USD $29 per year. Pro removes Merchmint's daily prompt cap.

How the free cap is counted, precisely:

The daily limit is enforced on our server, not in the extension, and every batch re-checks it live. If our server cannot be reached, the batch does not start — Merchmint fails closed rather than letting a run through unchecked. That is deliberate, and it means an outage on our side stops generation even though generation itself happens on Google's side.

§8 Payment, renewal and cancellation

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout pages. Merchmint never sees, stores or transmits your card details, and we hold no payment credential of yours.

Taxes, currency conversion and any card fees are handled by Stripe and by your bank, not by us.

§9 Acceptable use

These are our rules for using Merchmint. They are separate from, and additional to, Google's rules for your Google account — which you must also follow.

Do not:

You must be at least 13 years old to use Merchmint (16 if you are in the EEA, matching the privacy policy).

§10 Account suspension

We can suspend an account. The system supports this directly: an account carries a suspension flag and a reason, and both are checked before any batch is authorised.

When an account is suspended:

Suspension does not stop your billing

A paid subscription is not automatically cancelled or refunded when an account is suspended — suspension and billing are separate systems. If your account is suspended and you have a live subscription, cancel it yourself in Stripe's billing portal or you will keep being charged. This is a real consequence, so it is stated plainly rather than left to be discovered.

Suspension today is a manual action taken by an operator. Nothing in the product suspends an account automatically, and no algorithm decides it.

If you believe a suspension is wrong, email contact@sellersuit.com. We will consider appeals for 14 days after the suspension. We are not obliged to reverse a suspension, and we are not obliged to explain our reasoning beyond the recorded reason.

§11 Your prompts and what you generate

We claim no ownership of your prompts or of anything you generate. We do not license, resell, republish, train on, or use your prompts or your outputs for any purpose.

Practically, we could not: your prompt text, your reference images and your generated media never reach Merchmint's servers at all. Prompts and reference images go from your browser directly to Google as first-party requests from your own Flow page — exactly where you were already sending them. Generated media downloads straight to your own device. What our backend receives with a batch is counts and fixed option names: how many prompts, which mode, how many succeeded, which features were used. No prompt text. No media. No URLs.

What rights you have in the output is a question for Google's terms for Flow and for the copyright law where you are. We make no representation that generated media is copyrightable, that it is free of third-party rights, or that it is safe to use commercially. If that matters to your business, get your own advice.

You are responsible for what you generate and for what you do with it.

§12 Availability, changes, and no warranty

Merchmint is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

We do not promise that:

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Merchmint. We may change prices; a price change applies from your next renewal, not retroactively.

The backend runs on Supabase infrastructure hosted in Seoul, South Korea. If that infrastructure is down, sign-in, plan checks and batch authorisation are down — and because Merchmint fails closed, generation stops.

§13 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

Some countries do not allow these exclusions or limits. Where that is the case they apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing here removes rights you cannot waive — including consumer rights.

§14 Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time: cancel your subscription in Stripe's billing portal, sign out (which revokes the Google token Merchmint holds and clears your local session), and uninstall the extension. Uninstalling removes the data stored on your device.

We can suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, or discontinue the service.

If we terminate your account without cause while you have paid time remaining, we will refund the unused portion. If we terminate for breach of §9, we are not obliged to refund anything.

Your personally identifying account records (email, name, picture, device fingerprint and other direct identifiers) held on our servers after termination are deleted within 30 days of a verified request; other records, like anonymized analytics, follow the fuller retention policy in the privacy policy, §9. Deletion of your server-side data can also be requested at contact@sellersuit.com. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

§15 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a change that materially affects your rights, we will post the updated page with a new effective date and give 30 days' notice before it takes effect for existing subscribers. Continuing to use Merchmint after that means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, cancel and uninstall.

§16 Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

This does not remove any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your own country where local consumer law gives you that right.
