Frequently asked questions
The short answers are here. Where an answer depends on the exact wording of a policy — refunds, retention, permissions — this page links to the section that governs it, rather than restating it in looser language that could drift out of sync.
§1 General
Is Merchmint affiliated with Google?
No. Merchmint is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Google. Google Flow, Veo, Nano Banana and related names and logos are trademarks of Google LLC, used here only to describe what Merchmint interoperates with.
What does Merchmint actually do?
It batch-automates image and video generation inside your own Google Flow account: you paste a list of prompts, Merchmint submits them through your open Flow tab in order, then upscales and downloads every result with a filename you can sort. It has no AI models of its own — every generation is produced by Google, on your account, using your own Flow quota.
Who makes Merchmint?
Merchmint is operated by MD Abdullah Al Muti. Stripe, the payment processor, shows the account as "ALMUTI LLC" on your card statement. Contact: contact@sellersuit.com. Full details in the privacy policy and terms of service.
What do I need to run it?
Chrome 116 or newer, your own Google account with access to Google Flow, and a Flow tab open with a project. Merchmint's entire interface is a Chrome side panel — there's nothing to install separately.
§2 How it works
Does it use my Google quota, or give me extra capacity?
It uses yours, and only yours. Every generation runs through your own Flow session and counts against your own Google quota. Merchmint grants no access your Google account doesn't already have, and it stops the moment Google reports your limit reached.
Does it bypass reCAPTCHA, or any of Google's limits?
No. Merchmint calls the Flow page's own already-loaded reCAPTCHA Enterprise instance with the page's own public site key — the exact call the Flow web app makes for itself. It doesn't solve challenges, use a solving service, or suppress a challenge Google decides to show.
Do you see my prompts or my generated images and videos?
No. Prompt text and reference images travel from your browser directly to Google, and only to Google, as part of generating your media. Generated results exist between your browser and Google. None of it reaches Merchmint's servers, in any form, at any time — including in error reports. Exactly what our backend does receive is listed in the privacy policy, §5.
What happens if Google changes how Flow works?
Generation could stop working. Merchmint automates endpoints Google publishes no public API for, so Google can change, gate or remove them at any time without notice — that's a real, disclosed risk, not a hypothetical. When it happens the extension is built to show a clear on-screen reason rather than hang, but it can't prevent the underlying breakage. Read terms of service, §4 before subscribing if this matters to your workflow.
Why does it need the permissions it asks for?
Each one maps to exactly one job: signing you in, showing the side panel, running requests inside your own Flow tab, saving your settings and queue on your device, finding your Flow tab, downloading results, and checking your subscription after checkout. The full table, permission by permission, is in the privacy policy, §4.
Can Google take action against my account for using this?
We have no way to prevent or control that, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Using Google's undocumented endpoints is very likely contrary to Google Labs' terms of service, and any consequence to your Google account is between you and Google. See terms of service, §4 for the full, blunt version of this before you decide to use Merchmint at all.
§3 Pricing & billing
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you every feature with a 30-prompt-per-day cap, no card required. Pro ($3/month or $29/year) removes Merchmint's daily cap — it does not give you more Google capacity, and it does not unlock Google-AI-Ultra-gated options. See pricing and terms of service, §6.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No. Merchmint doesn't currently offer a free trial — the permanent Free tier (30 prompts/day, no card required) is how you try it before paying.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are generally non-refundable, for both plans and for both a first payment and a renewal — cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the period you've already paid for. If you're in the EEA or UK, you have a separate statutory right to a full refund of your first payment within 14 days, since Merchmint's checkout doesn't currently capture the consent needed to waive it. Full detail in billing, §9.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage Subscription inside the extension, which takes you to Stripe's billing portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for — nothing is deleted or interrupted except the daily cap returning. Details in billing, §6–§7.
What happens if a payment fails?
You don't lose Pro immediately. Stripe retries a failed renewal over roughly the following two weeks using its Smart Retries system, and you keep full access the whole time. Access only drops to Free if every retry is exhausted. See billing, §8.
Do prices include tax?
The listed prices ($3/month, $29/year, USD) are the total amount charged today — Merchmint doesn't currently add separate VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout. See billing, §4.
§4 Privacy & data
Is there an analytics opt-out?
Not currently. Merchmint sends feature-usage and batch-outcome analytics whenever you're signed in, and there's no setting to turn it off. We'd rather state that plainly than describe it as optional when it isn't — see privacy policy, §3.
What data do you keep, and for how long?
While your account is active, we keep what's needed to run it — listed in full in privacy policy, §2. There's no automated deletion job today, so retention is a manual commitment: personally identifying records are deleted within 30 days of a verified request; records tied to a suspended account for abuse prevention may be kept up to 12 months. See privacy policy, §9.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Clear local data any time from the extension's own controls, or uninstall it to remove everything stored on your device. To delete your server-side account data, email contact@sellersuit.com — see privacy policy, §10.
Where is my data stored, and what about EEA/UK transfers?
Merchmint's backend runs on Supabase infrastructure in Seoul, South Korea. If you're in the EEA or UK, that's a transfer outside your region — one covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision for South Korea (effective 17 December 2021) and the UK's own equivalent regulation (effective 19 December 2022), so no Standard Contractual Clauses are needed. Detail in privacy policy, §8.
What's the device fingerprint for?
Detecting the same person creating multiple free-tier accounts to get around the 30-prompt daily cap. It's built from characteristics your browser exposes (screen, canvas, WebGL, hardware) — not used for advertising or tracking you across other websites. Full field list in privacy policy, §2.
§5 Account & support
Can I use Merchmint on more than one device?
Yes. Your Pro entitlement is tied to the Google account you sign in with, so it follows you across devices. Your queue, gallery and reference library are stored per-device and don't sync.
What happens if my account is suspended?
No batch will start, and the extension shows a full-screen notice with the recorded reason. Suspension doesn't automatically cancel or refund a live subscription — cancel it yourself if that applies to you. If you think a suspension is wrong, email support; appeals are considered for 14 days after the suspension. See terms of service, §10.
How do I get support, and how fast do you respond?
Email contact@sellersuit.com for support, billing questions, suspension appeals or data requests — we aim to respond within 2 business days.
Is there a minimum age to use Merchmint?
13 years old (16 if you're in the EEA), matching the privacy policy and terms of service.
What law governs the terms, and where are disputes resolved?
Bangladesh law, with disputes resolved in the courts of Bangladesh — without removing any right you have to bring a claim in your own country's courts where local consumer law gives you that right. See terms of service, §16.
